How we handle your information.

Plain language, because that’s how we talk. Last updated July 2026.

What we collect

When you RSVP for Cousins Day or sign up to volunteer, we collect what you give us: your name, email, family or group name, headcount, and any notes you add. Donations are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your card details. Our forms run on Netlify and Google Forms, which process this information on our behalf.

How we use it

Only to plan our events and programs — food counts, seating, activity planning, and volunteer scheduling — and to send you updates about Cousins Foundation Outreach. We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Photos & video at our events

Cousins Day and our other gatherings are photographed and filmed, and images may appear on this website and our social media. By attending, you consent to appearing in event photography. If you’d like a photo of you or your child taken down, email us and we’ll remove it promptly — no questions asked.

Children

Youth activities (like the kids fishing clinic and Kidpreneurs market) require a parent or guardian present or signed consent at check-in. We don’t knowingly collect information from children online — RSVPs and forms should be completed by an adult.

Donor privacy

Donor names and gift amounts are kept confidential and are never published without your permission. Receipts come from PayPal automatically.

Keeping & deleting data

We keep event sign-ups only as long as needed to run our programs. Want your information deleted? Email cousinsday25@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
